Jacques Bermon Webster II (born on April 30 1991), better known by his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott) is an American artist, rapper and songwriter. He is also a record producer. The stage name he uses is the namesake of a favorite uncle combined with the first name of one of his heroes, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major-label contract with Epic Records and a publishing agreement with Kanye West's GOOD Music. Scott signed a record deal with Epic Records and T.I. He also signed a record deal with Epic and T.I. Scott's first full length project, Owl Pharaoh (mixtape) was released in the year 2013 by self-release. In 2013 Scott self-released his first full-length project, Owl Pharaoh, and then followed it with Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) Rodeo, his first studio album, featured the hit single "Antidote". His second album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) became his first Billboard 200 number one album. Scott's second album, called Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was a collaboration with Quavo. The album was called Huncho Jack Huncho and featured his debut Billboard Hot 100 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. In late 2019, Scott's label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys, which topped the Billboard 200. Following his hit single "Franchise" featuring Young Thug and M.I.A., Scott was successful in releasing the album compilation JackBoys. Scott was the first performer on The Hot 100 to have three songs make it to the top of the charts within a year.
